This page ranks Secret units by practical usefulness first: DPS, control, late-game scaling, support, and mode coverage. Trading demand matters, but a rare unit is not automatically top tier if it does not carry content.
- Power: can the unit carry story, infinite, raid, or boss content?
- Flexibility: does it work in multiple modes or only one niche?
- Rarity pressure: limited or newer secrets may trade above their combat value.
- Verification note: Universal Festival P1/1.5/P2 added or highlighted several One Piece units, with Roger, Garp, Sabo, Mihawk, and evolved warlord units rising in demand.

Best PicksDragon Warlord
A premier Secret target when you need a unit that remains useful across hard content. Prioritize premium damage traits and strong relic support.
Sharpshooter King
High-value pick for players who need consistent boss damage and strong map coverage. Particularly attractive when range and targeting matter.
Gluttonous Warlord
Strong damage profile and good general usefulness. It may not be the rarest Secret, but it is one of the easier units to justify building.
Jinoo
Still a strong Secret because summon-style kits can cover lanes and scale differently from plain single-tower DPS.
