Current Applicability

Older Ragna-specific mechanics may rotate in and out, so this page now focuses on the solo raid structure that remains useful across boss events: damage window, armor break, economy, support, and relic setup.
- Boss DPS: one unit must carry the damage check.
- Break / debuff: bring any unit that increases damage taken, breaks armor, or controls the boss.
- Farm: upgrade before the boss timer becomes impossible.
- Relics: match carry relics to boss damage, not wave clear.
Verification note: current solo raid guidance is generalized from UTDX unit-role tier lists and the current relic/trait pages on UTDValues. Specific event boss names should be rechecked when a raid rotates.
Solo Raid Team Template
Core SlotsBoss Killer
Your strongest single-target or boss-pressure unit. This slot gets the best trait and relics.
Break / Debuff
Use armor break, defense shred, stun, slow, or any boss-specific counter required by the raid.
Farm
Without economy, solo raids often fail because the carry reaches full power too late.
Support
Support keeps the boss in range longer and improves uptime during burst windows.
Raid Role Rankings
UPD 3.25| Tier | Role / Unit Type | Best Use | Raid Note |
|---|---|---|---|
| SSS | Premium boss DPS | Main carry | Dragon Warlord / Sharpshooter King style carries are safest when built well. |
| SS | Armor break / debuff | Damage window | Often more valuable than adding a second mediocre DPS. |
| SS | Farm unit | Upgrade tempo | Required for most solo attempts unless the raid is very short. |
| S | Control support | Stall / uptime | Buys more hits during dangerous boss movement. |
| A | Wave clear DPS | Add control | Useful only if the raid includes adds that threaten your base. |
Solo Rotation
Simple Plan- Opening: place cheap DPS and farm immediately.
- Setup: max carry before investing heavily in side units.
- Break window: time debuffs and burst together instead of using skills randomly.
- Final phase: use control/support only when it extends carry uptime.
